Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Do you enjoy developing and maintaining strong business relationships? InnoSource partners with a leading manufacturer of pipe, drainage systems, and other water management products. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the full cycle of order fulfillment for multiple accounts. In this role, you will work with clients as a liaison to the sales and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

  • Owning the order-to-delivery process for assigned accounts
  • Developing partnerships and building trust and credibility for long-term business growth
  • Provide product information and technical resources
  • Research customer inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Keep customers informed of order status.
  • Positively interacting with colleagues in many other facets of the business
  • Making decisions within company guidelines

Required Skills and Knowledge - Customer Service Representative

  • Oracle knowledge Preferred
  • Proficiency with the MS Office package preferred, strong excel skills are encouraged
  • Data Entry
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Availability M-F between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Logistics and Account Management background highly preferred

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Representative
