High School Diploma/ GED equivalent (Required)
Customer Relations, 1 year (Preferred)
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
1 rotating ½ day Saturday per Month
This role will be filled by a candidate who has a passion for customer service and values helping others. The candidate will handle inbound calls regarding customer’s mortgage concerns. These calls range on a variety of topics which will be covered extensively during the PAID training program. We value every associate’s unique background that they would bring to this organization – while contributing to this amazing team! Associates will also enjoy our new facility with a large break room that includes games and a refreshment station! As well as complementary coffee and tea once we are back in office – and we hope to be!
