Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for a career as a Customer Service Representative you can get excited about? We have an excellent training program so no prior industry experience is required!

We are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives during Covid-19. Must be living in the Longview or surrounding areas or open to relocation. All new hires will work remote to start out (WFH) and will be moved back into the Longview office within the first few months. New hires are required to report to Longview office first day of the start date.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

  • Your main goal as the Customer Service Representative is to connect with our customers and help them with everyday account maintenance – this could include answering questions about payments, due dates, and more
  • While most of the calls are inbound, you will be conducting some follow up calls with customers to ensure a resolution
  • You are constantly learning – whether it is remaining knowledge about home loan options or continuing education, we want to make sure you have the tools to keep our customers well-informed

Required Skills and Knowledge - Customer Service Representative

  • You must have access to the internet, a computer, and a phone while working remote
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11am-8pm and one Saturday per month (8am-12pm)
  • You are required to come to the Longview office first day of start date

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative

  • 1 year+ of solid customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Representative

  • $13.51/hr, plus an opportunity for 10% increase if you are bilingual (Spanish speaking)
  • Uncapped monthly bonuses based on customer service ($700+ average monthly bonus)
