Job Description - French-Speaking Customer Service

InnoSource has an immediate need for an enthusiastic French-speaking or French Canadian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an upbeat team. This is a permanent position offering competitive pay and benefits, located onsite at our Client's beautiful global headquarters facility!! The French-speaking Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in the success of our business and is a very valued employee. Responsibilities include daily interaction with customers and businesses via multiple communication channels, answer customer questions and inquiries regarding products, order entry, assist with the forecasting and replenishment of supply, provide information on shipment locations, and ensure orders are entered in a timely fashion to avoid shipping delays.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am-6:00pm

  • Must be fluent in French
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Excel is very beneficial
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Customer service experience is a must

Education and Experience - French-Speaking Customer Service

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge with MS Office applications (excel, access, power point, etc)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Self motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Capable of problem solving with practical, common sense approach
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to deal with fast-paced customer contacts (positive and negative) in a positive, patient and professional manner
