Key Responsibilities - Entry Level Maintenance Manager

• Manage hourly skilled associates
• Manage day to day operations which includes Break downs, preventative maintenance and projects
• Pay associates
• Provide maintenance knowledge and specialized experience to diagnose and develop solutions to equipment breakdowns in order to reduce on-call demand on limited Engineer assets
• Fill out vacation request
• Assist with obtaining parts
• Manage labor and maintenance costs to ensure budgetary guidelines and goals are achieved.

Required Skills and Knowledge - Entry Level Maintenance Manager

• Able to use, problem solve, and program PLCs
• Able to read and accurately interpret electronic and mechanical drawings
• Leadership Skills
• Organization Skills

Education and Experience - Entry Level Maintenance Manager

• Must have 5 years of Industrial manufacturing experience.
• Trade school or associate degree
