Key Responsibilities - Production Manager

• Maintain the smooth and timely flow of plant production
• Ensure quality product is delivered to the next operation/customer
• Oversee factory workforce and motivate team to succeed
• Manage with a continuous improvement mindset
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management and supervisor team
• Lead team to adherence of all plant procedures and safety measures

Required Skills and Knowledge - Production Manager

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift, continuous operation (7am-7pm or 7am-7pm)
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Ability to meet production and cost goals
• Ability to hold associates/team members accountable

Education and Experience - Production Manager

• HS Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred
• At least one year of relevant work experience (or more in lieu of degree)

Benefits and Pay - Production Manager

• Starting compensation at $24 per hour, negotiable with experience
