Job Description - Corporate Training and Development Specialist

InnoSource has partnered with a leading manufacturer of pipe, drainage systems, and other water management products to hire a Training and Developement Specialist to work at their Hilliard, OH Corporate Office. This position begins remote, but will ultimately transition to the Hilliard office, so that commute time must be acceptable.

Key Responsibilities - Corporate Training and Development Specialist

• Design and deliver training
• Work as part of the Global team to roll out key initiatives and trainings.
• Responsible for team-based Learning and Development projects
• Partner with the internal business Leaders to understand their needs and identify target audiences
• Provide support to the business in developing their associates
• Provide in depth knowledge of learning and development practices and techniques.
• Work with external vendors when needed
• Work to develop E-learning projects
• Accomplishes assignments on time and works to continuously improve work flow and processes
• Experience prioritizing projects based upon business demands in a fast-paced environment
• Adherence to deadlines and expected delivery dates
• Proven ability to multi-task, and stay organized in an independent environment

Education and Experience - Corporate Training and Development Specialist

• 3+ experience in Training and Development
• Experience in a Customer Service environment is a plus
• Some travel may be required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Bachelors Degree required
