Job Description - Regional Customer Service Representative

This position requires a can-do, energectic mind set with a postitive attitude and great customer service. You'll join the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services and be apart of a caring and passionate team. This opportunity will alllow you to collaborate and make a difference, deliver extraordinary results, and bring unexpected happiness to customers throughout the state of Florida.

*Please note that this position will be onsite at our Orlando location- masks required during the work day*

Key Responsibilities - Regional Customer Service Representative

  • Professionally answers incoming phone calls of the entire Florida region
  • Assesses need of the caller and either addresses the need or routes the call to the appropriate person
  • Schedules customer appointments, assists technicians with work order discrepancies, verifies insurance coverage information, alters existing scheduled appointments and answers customer questions
  • Responds to all emails in a timely manner and escalates complex issues to senior team members
  • Handles all questions concerning warranties, same day reschedules/cancellations
  • Accuratley enters all invoices, credits, memos and rebills in a timely fashion

Required Skills and Knowledge - Regional Customer Service Representative

  • 1-3 years of call center/ business administration experience required
  • Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols
  • Ability to provide world class customer service
  • Ability to adjust in a fast-paced enviroment
  • Must have avaliability from 7am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday. Schedule is given in advance
  • Part time and full time positions available

Education and Experience - Regional Customer Service Representative

  • High School Diploma or GED

Benefits and Pay - Regional Customer Service Representative

  • $15 per hour
  • Sundays and Mondays off
  • No nights
  • Paid Training
