Dell’s Ice Cream & Coffee Shop is looking for an energetic, personable and dependable supervisor. Must have at least 2 years of restaurant or retail experience. Prior supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Ice cream and coffee experience preferred. Business volume requires availability on evenings and weekends. This is a part-time position with significant growth potential! In this supervisory role, will be the ambassador of the guest experience and, perhaps more importantly, the FOH team member experience. The Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager, communicates effectively with other team members, executes on changing menus, ice cream pint inventory organization, shipping logistics, and has a grip on just about everything happening in the store. The Team Member ensures the delivery of consistent service and product, and maintains exceptional cleanliness in the store environment.
