Job Description - Customer Service Representative -$15/hour

This full time, project based position will help grow your customer service career! This position serves the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services and requires a can-do, energectic mind set with a postitive attitude.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative -$15/hour

• Welcomes customers in store
• Handling high call volume, emails, and faxes
• Handles all questions concerning warranties, same day reschedules/cancellations
• Accuratley enters all invoices, credits, memos and rebills in a timely fashion

Required Skills and Knowledge - Customer Service Representative -$15/hour

• 1-3 years of call center/ business administration experience required
• Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols
• Ability to provide world class customer service
• Ability to adjust in a fast-paced enviroment
• Must have avaliability from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Schedule is given in advance.

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative -$15/hour

• High School diploma or equivalent required
