Job Description - Bilingual Customer Service Associate

We are currently hiring Customer Service Associates that will be remote work from home (Must be located in San Antonio, TX area).

Key Responsibilities - Bilingual Customer Service Associate

We partner with the nation’s largest non-bank mortgage lender so connecting with our customers is the name of the game!

  • You will handle inbound phone calls from customers about their mortgage accounts – the could be answer questions about payments, due dates, and other loan maintenance.
  • You make sure your customers are taken care of! You will be conducting follow-up calls to examine and ensure a resolution.
  • Things in the mortgage industry are always changing – so you love remaining knowledgeable about home loan options, continuing education, and keeping customers well-informed.
  • As a team, we love to celebrate successes and collaborate together!

Required Skills and Knowledge - Bilingual Customer Service Associate

  • A genuine ability to connect with customers and build strong relationships
  • Have access to the internet, a computer, and a phone!
    • Will be work from home customer service, Must be located in San Antonio, TX area.
  • Availability to work the below shifts:
    • Monday – Friday 11:00am – 8:00pm
    • Saturday 7:00am – 11:00am (1 mandatory a month)

Education and Experience - Bilingual Customer Service Associate

  • At least 2 + years of customer service experience in most recent position
  • Retail/Serving is a plus
  • No call center experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Benefits and Pay - Bilingual Customer Service Associate

  • $15.50/hr, plus monthly uncapped bonuses, opportunity for 10% increase with Bilingual Spanish skill ($15.50 - $17.05/hr)
  • Average monthly bonus is $700+
  • Uncapped monthly bonuses based on customer service
  • Medical, dental, and life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401K and tuition reimbursement
