Job Description - Customer Service Advocate

We’re offering unlimited growth opportunities, $15-17/hr. plus benefits, and an amazing culture with a nationally recognized insurance company. You will start as a work from home customer service representative (WFH/remote) and will transition back to the Grandview Heights office in the summer of 2021. Must be in the area or looking to relocate! We will provide everything you need to WFH!

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advocate

  • You’re the go to person for customers across the U.S. looking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans
  • Supporting customers as they navigate unique decisions that build their financial future
  • Provides complete and detailed solutions ensuring first call resolution
  • You will have variety in your day – working both individually and collaborating with a team

Education and Experience - Customer Service Advocate

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, High School/GED required
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred in any industry (retail, restaurant, banking, data entry, etc.)
  • No licensing or insurance experience required
  • Desire to build a career

Benefits and Pay - Customer Service Advocate

  • $15.00-17.00/hour starting pay
  • Medical, Dental, & Life Insurance benefits
  • Opportunity to earn pay increases within your first year
  • Paid Training for 5 weeks from 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Availability Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 8:00pm (full time, set schedule)
