This individual will act as the central point of contact and team lead of the Service Desk functions and the PC Technical Specialist(s) staff and all the services they provide. Including but not limited to quality of service, issues and escalations, projects and initiatives and accountability for the services delivered by this team.
The lead will primarily work on-site and/or remote if needed during normal business hours of Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm Est and also as needed on an on-call basis for afterhours support of all hours outside of normal business hours.
Degree in a computer related field or previous experience in lieu of a degree preferred
