Handle incoming calls from existing customers
Answer customer service questions
Resolve customer problems
Ability to deal professionally with dissatisfied customers
Weather related outages may require extended hours beyond normal business hour
Assist customers with billing issues
Take payments and assist customers with payment options.
Customer Service Job Requirements
• $11.00/hour for 6-9 months. $13.65 once hired in with First Energy
• Benefits available
• 1st shift hours/over time available
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• One or more years of customer service or related experience
• Excellent computer skills and screen navigation
• Call Center exp a plus!

Hours-Training Hours M-F 8am-4:30pm and regular work hours M-F 9:30am-6:00pm with possible overtime.
