We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advocate to work at a Fortune 100 company in San Antonio. As an associate, you will be assisting clients and customers with new or current insurance quotes and get them in contact with an internal licensed insurance agent. This is not a sales role, but rather a position to communicate directly with current or new customers and build excellent rapport.
