Steris corporation is a leading innovator in the healthcare and life science product field. Steris is seeking a future Sales Operations Analyst to join their expanding team at their World Headquarter in Mentor, Ohio.
The Sales Operations Systems Analyst is part of the Healthcare North American Commercial Operations organization and reports into the Sales Operations Systems Supervisor. Primary responsibilities include working within the Territory Assignment System (TAS) and MAPS Software System. This system is similar to SalesForce. Will be pulling reports and analyzing data for the Account Managers and Sales Reps. Assisting with issues or concerns they are having with utilizing the system. This includes management of our annual fiscal year sales channel realignment.
The position will also support maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management tool, Sales Connection. This position will be responsible for administrative updates and changes within Sales Connection. When requested, the Analyst will help support CRM improvements by assisting with Sales Connection releases through system testing and implementation under the direction of the, Sales Operations Systems Supervisor. This position will work cross functionally with field sales, sales and service management, IT and Customer Operations
To be successful in this position, the Sales Operations Systems Analyst must be comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and have success managing to deadlines. This position is not IT heavy, but must be comfortable having working knowledge of the systems and be a change agent for better ways to use it.
Territory Alignment System (TAS) Administration and Support – 60%
The Territory Alignment System is an internal company designed software solution used to create and manage sales territory alignments. TAS supports the revenue recognition and compensation process globally for sales, service and support territories. working knowlege of Oracle and SalesForce would be helpful in understanding this internal system.
CRM Administration and Support – 40%
Sales Connection is an internal company designed Customer Relationship Management tool.
Salary-$52-$58k based on experience. Full benefits available. 6% bonus potential
