Steris corporation is a leading innovator in the healthcare and life science product field. Steris is seeking a future Sales Support Analyst to join their expanding team at their World Headquarter in Mentor, Ohio.
Position Summary-This position will support the Healthcare North American Commercial Operations organization. Will report to the Sales Operations Systems Supervisor. Will be working within an internal sales system created for Steris. The system is called Territory Assignment System (TAS) and MAPS software system. These systems are very similar to commonly used salesforce system. This position will also support internal use of the Customer Relationship Management tool, Sales Connection. Must be comfortable running reports and analyzing data. Helping end-users understand how the system works best for their needs. This is not an IT heavy position. Will just need to be well versed in providing support on the usage of the systems.
60% working within the Territory Alignment System and providing support to Sales Reps and Account Managers. This system processes revenue sales, service and support globally and needs to be accurate and managed. Working knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce would be helpful.
40% CRM Administration and Support. Sales Connection is an internal company designed customer relationship management tool. Provide administrative and project support for all sales productivity tools including Sales Connection and 360 Reporting. Complete maintenance activities related to system enhancements/changes (item creation/equipment builder maintenance/user access).
