Key Responsibilities - Call Center Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Reading a disclosure to each customer regarding their debt in compliance with collection laws and regulations
  • Transferring customers to the appropriate department
  • Conducting outbound phone calls to customers regarding their past-due account

Required Skills and Knowledge - Call Center Representative

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule during the hours of 8:00am - 10:30pm on weekdays (3 day shifts and 2night shifts) and alternating Saturday shifts from 8am-12pm
  • Customer Service experience
  • Stable work history
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Benefits and Pay - Call Center Representative

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $14 per hour along with opportunities for growth and incentives in the future
  • Full time, 40 hours per week
