Job Description - Recruiter

*** This is a short-term contract with an expected assignment length of 1-3 months and also a work-from-home position!

Key Responsibilities - Recruiter

  • Support the movement of internal talent across the organization
  • Create an internal associate care strategy that ensures the associate has proper communication throughout the recruiting process and a positive experience
  • Working with the business units and functions to provide input in the overall assessment and evaluation of internal associates
  • Work with lead recruiters in leveraging internal talent pools where appropriate
  • Work with lead recruiters in creating talent pools for positions across the lines of the businesses and multiple functions

Required Skills and Knowledge - Recruiter

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Passionate about and experience with career coaching, helping individuals reflect on their strengths and focus their future career choices on what they do best.
  • Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence to help guide thinking and behaviors with career conversations.
  • Exercises sound judgment; knows when and how to engage the right stakeholders to resolve issues and get results.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through complex matrix environments, deploy systems and process to gather information to make decisions.
  • Demonstrates ability to maximize the use of alternative sourcing strategies and channels, such as social media, to reduce our dependency on search firms and reduce fees.
  • Experience conducting searches on a global scale.
  • Process – oriented recruiter; knows what successful recruitment looks like, knows how to avoid pitfalls and plans / anticipates for the unexpected.
  • Strong relationship and assessment skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Results driven; take appropriate accountability to executing searches.

Education and Experience - Recruiter

  • Bachelor’s Degree- HR/Business with 3-5 years of recruitment experience
