Job Description - Moen Customer Service Representative-NEW YEAR NEW CAREER-Starts in February

  • Four week plus-paid training program Monday-Friday. Training will be a combo of virtual at home and in office but not for long term. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN NORTH OLMSTED Office. This is NOT a work from home position.
  • Support Moen's customers with pre-and post-product-purchase assistance.
  • Support customers with warranty and product questions.
  • Receive calls from Moen customers to assist them with warranty, product questions, and identifying and resolving Moen issues. Utilize product knowledge while helping customers.
  • Walk customers through step by step instructions on installation and repair of Moen products.
  • Inbound calls only. No sales or telemarketing!
  • Product related trouble shooting.
  • Will be a combination of training from home and in the offie. Equipment will be provided for when the training is at home. This will not be a long term work from home role. Must be able to work in the Moen office.

Required Skills and Knowledge - Moen Customer Service Representative

  • Experience with customers-problem solving, difficult customers, and going above and beyond.
  • Excellent computer skills required-fast screen navigation a must. Assessments will be administered.
  • Previous job stability. Need to have one year plus at each job.
  • Previous Call Center experience preferred.
  • Seeking a high level of professionalism.
  • Bilingual skills a plus!
  • Previous technical/repair and product knowledge helpful.

Education and Experience - Moen Customer Service Representative

HS Diploma or GED required

Benefits and Pay - Moen Customer Service Representative

  • Pay starts at $15.50/hour with an increase to $16.00 after 3 months of work.
  • Bilingual pay starts at $16.25/hour with an increase to $16.75 after 3 months of work. LOOKING TO ADD TEAM MEMBERS TO THE BILINGUAL TEAM!
  • The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8am-7pm. You will work an 8hr shift in between those hours of operation. NO WEEKEND WORK.
  • 6 month contract to hire position.
  • Newly renovated training center-state of the art technology.
