Key Responsibilities - FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative

  • Handle incoming calls from existing customers
  • Answer customer service-related questions
  • Resolve customer problems
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Weather related outages may require extended hours beyond normal business hour
  • Assist customers with billing issues
  • Take payments and assist customers with payment options

Required Skills and Knowledge - FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative

  • Full Benefits
  • 1st shift hours/over time available
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Reliable transportation
  • 1+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Computer skills and screen navigation
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • 1st shift hours-Monday -Friday and possible over time

Education and Experience - FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative

HS Diploma or GED

Benefits and Pay - FirstEnergy Customer Service Representative

$12.50/hour pay increases to $17.36 once hired on permanently
